Considering everything goes well with this new version...
I'll get it up on the other site for testing, then start modifing the layout and colors.
Seems like the htaccess security doesn't effect how the site runs, so I left it. In my PHP file I've included a log documenting what I've modded so that when I get it over to the other site I know what needs to be done.
